  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

Instructions
