  • 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce and dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Place them in a mixing bowl.
