  • 8 oz sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or Gochujang
  • ½ ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Nori sheets (optional), cut into strips

Instructions
