Loaded fries are a crowd-pleasing treat that combines crispy golden fries with gooey cheese, savory bacon, and creamy ranch. Perfect for game nights or cozy evenings, this dish is versatile and easily customizable to suit any palate.   • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the fry package directions. Spread frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. While the fries bake, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble into pieces.
  3. Once fries are done, remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. Remove from oven and immediately top with crumbled bacon, drizzle with ranch dressing, and dollop sour cream generously.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot.
