  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Fold in 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese (reserve the remaining for topping).
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press down lightly.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle the remaining cheese.
