  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and additional Cajun seasoning until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well-coated.
  6. Serve topped with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
