  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until springy; cool on wire racks.
  8. For filling, mix marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  9. Spread filling between cooled cookies to assemble.
