  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • ½ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup zucchini (sliced thinly)
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or sautéed)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Tear mozzarella into chunks and distribute them across the sauce.
  6. Arrange bell peppers, red onions, zucchini, and spinach on top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper; add dried oregano or red pepper flakes if desired.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
