  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions
