  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice or noodles (white or brown)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp ginger powder

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté garlic in oil until fragrant; add bell peppers and broccoli until tender.
