  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic-ginger paste, cooking oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for enhanced flavor.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare your grill over medium-high heat.
