  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 cup crab meat (fresh or imitation)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions until sticky.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice with crab meat, cream cheese, soy sauce, and green onions until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the mixture in the greased baking dish. Layer with nori sheets and top with remaining rice mixture.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares and serve warm.
