Sushi bake is a warm, comforting dish that brings the flavors of sushi into a savory casserole format. This easy-to-make recipe combines creamy crab, fluffy sushi rice, and a crispy topping—perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights in.   • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 cup crab meat or imitation crab
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 sheets nori (seaweed), cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked sushi rice with a splash of rice vinegar until sticky.
  3. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, soy sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
  4. Spread half the sushi rice in a greased baking dish, layer with half the crab mixture, then add more rice.
  5. Top with remaining crab mixture and sprinkle green onions over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
