  • 400g canned tomatoes (whole or crushed)
  • 1 medium carrot, finely diced
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
