  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 French baguette
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
  • ½ cup remoulade sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
  3. Dredge each seasoned shrimp in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat (around 350°F) and fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
