  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them, ensuring even coating. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange marinated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
