  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. 2. Sauté the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  4. 4. Shape the mixture into muffin-sized portions and place in the prepared muffin tin.
  5. 5. Top with additional ketchup if desired and bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. 6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
