  • 2 ripe tomatoes (chopped)

  • ½ lb French fries (homemade or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by slicing the flank steak against the grain and chopping the onion and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
