Linguine is a delightful pasta that transforms any meal into a comforting experience. This easy linguine recipe combines fresh ingredients like garlic, cherry tomatoes, and basil for a flavorful dish that’s perfect for family dinners or special occasions.   • 8 oz linguine (fresh or dried)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot over high heat. Add linguine and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  4. Add drained linguine to the skillet; toss well with garlic and tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle torn basil and grated Parmesan over the top. If needed, add reserved pasta water for creaminess.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil and cheese if desired.
