  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Zest and juice the lemons, setting aside the zest.
