  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Select the sauté function on your Instant Pot. Brown the ground beef or sausage until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Turn off the sauté function and layer half of the meat sauce at the bottom of the pot. Add a layer of broken lasagna noodles, dollops of ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and more meat sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  4. Securely close the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Allow for natural pressure release.
  5. Carefully release any remaining pressure, then sprinkle additional mozzarella and Parmesan on top before sealing briefly to melt the cheese.
  6. Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
