  • 45 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chopped apples with cinnamon and maple syrup.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, melted butter or coconut oil, and additional cinnamon until crumbly.
  4. Layer the apple mixture in a greased baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
