  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add minced garlic toward the end of cooking for enhanced aroma.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
