  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round baking pans.

  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter with granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.

  5. Pour batter evenly into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before frosting.
  6. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; frost between layers and top with more crushed Oreos.
