  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna packed in olive oil, drained
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (or vegan alternative)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
