  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 23 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried Mexican oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Tortillas (corn or flour)

Instructions
