  • 2 cups shredded cheese (1 cup cheddar, 1 cup Monterey Jack)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp seasoning mix (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper; coat with seasoning mix.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  5. On a baking sheet, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by shredded chicken and half of the cheese.
