  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
  • 1 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
