  • 1 packet (1 oz) brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup water (for gravy)
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare your ingredients: Chop chuck roast, dice onions, carrots, and potatoes.
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
