Beef burritos are the ultimate comfort food, wrapped in warm tortillas and bursting with flavor.   • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream and salsa for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the onion and bell peppers.
  2. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions until translucent; add garlic and bell peppers until slightly softened.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned. Season with cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef mixture; cover briefly to melt.
  5. Assemble burritos by placing the beef mixture on one side of each tortilla along with desired toppings. Fold sides in and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store for later!
