Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped cream (fresh or store-bought)
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). If making your own crust, crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie pan and bake until golden brown (about 10 minutes). Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Layer half of the pudding mixture in the cooled crust. Place sliced bananas on top, then add the remaining pudding mixture.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top layer. Spread whipped cream evenly over the pie and sprinkle with nuts if using.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
