  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and baking powder; do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While cooling, prepare the frosting by beating cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and milk until creamy.
