  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated and brown sugars until combined.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Fold in chopped toasted pecans gently with a spatula.
