  • 2 medium sweet onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp korma spice blend
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, warm oil until shimmering. Sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
