These mini sandwiches feature tender ribeye steak, ooey-gooey provolone cheese, and sautéed bell peppers and onions, all nestled in soft slider buns.   • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté bell peppers and onions in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of butter until caramelized (5-7 minutes).
  3. Increase heat, add ribeye steak seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
  4. Place provolone over cooked steak; cover until melted (1-2 minutes).
  5. Slice slider buns horizontally; fill with steak mixture and desired toppings.
  6. Brush assembled sliders with melted butter and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
