  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions
