  • 8 slices of good-quality deli ham
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound until about 1/4 inch thick for even cooking.
