  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (any color)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by finely chopping the onion and bell peppers and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5 minutes).
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup and minced garlic; stir to combine and let simmer.
  5. Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet along with cooked spaghetti. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top; cover for 5 minutes to melt cheese before serving.
