  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough into the baking dish, pressing flat to cover the bottom.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté bell peppers and onions until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
  5. Layer the cooked bacon or sausage over the crescent roll base followed by sautéed veggies. Pour the egg mixture over everything and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
