  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with cream of chicken soup and half of the shredded cheese.
