  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (150g)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (30g)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (5g)
  • Juice of 2 limes (60ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash the cherry tomatoes and cilantro. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and slice red onion thinly.
  2. Toss everything together: Gently combine avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in the bowl without mashing the avocados.
  3. Add flavor: Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture to prevent browning and enhance flavor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
