  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)

Instructions

  1. Chop carrots, potatoes, and onions into uniform sizes; mince garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef chuck roast on all sides until browned.
